Three disciplines. One channel. ETRUST is built on a professional practice in trust and company services, a technology discipline delivered through the ETRUSTAIP platform, and education in the markets and industries the first two draw on — all carried by one independent editorial channel.
The name is deliberate. "E" stands for electronic — for technology — signalling what the ecosystem exists to do: bring technology into an industry, trust and fiduciary practice, that has resisted it for generations. That ethos runs through everything built under the ETRUST name, from the platform to the practice itself.
ETRUST is an ecosystem — three connected businesses in practice, technology, and education, carried by one editorial channel and one point of view. It operates under the MKA Partners Limited brand, the brand under which the ETRUST ecosystem operates.
It is not a holding company, not a fund, and not a consultancy. Trust practice demands a different kind of rigour: one that spans jurisdiction, generation, and structure. Each discipline is described in full below — including ETRUST | Global, our trust and corporate services practice.
ETRUST | Global is the fiduciary and corporate services arm of ETRUST — serving families, businesses, and structures across the jurisdictions we operate in. It is where fiduciary relationships are actually held: trusteeships, company secretarial appointments, and the statutory obligations that come with them.
The practice is active today across a select number of international jurisdictions, with further jurisdictions to follow. It covers trust and estate planning, corporate secretarial administration, and family office advisory — bringing decades of interdisciplinary experience across law, finance, and technology to structures that need to hold up across jurisdictions and generations.
ETRUST | AIP is the technology discipline of ETRUST, delivered through ETRUSTAIP — the ETRUST Augmented Intelligence Platform. As a strategy, it is organised around five business areas: fiduciary structures, compliance architecture, digital asset structures, regulatory technology, and jurisdictional intelligence. Trust and fiduciary practice carries its own complexity — multi-party structures, bespoke instruments, long-horizon client relationships, and multi-jurisdictional obligations — and each area addresses a distinct part of it, from getting the legal form right, to designing for compliance, to selecting the jurisdiction a structure should sit in.
Six operating systems are already live today — executive oversight, company secretarial, financial control, treasury, regulatory reporting, and market intelligence — with more to come as the platform grows.
ETRUST | Academy is the education arm of ETRUST — structured online learning across trust, wealth, digital assets, capital markets, and regulatory technology, for practitioners and individuals worldwide. Courses are self-paced, multilingual, and delivered entirely online.
Trust 101, a free six-module introductory course on trust law, is delivered on the ETRUSTASIA YouTube channel as a no-cost entry point to the full curriculum — the foundation before choosing the course area that matters to you.
